Review the requirements as well as the steps to apply for an HOF scholarship.
Amount of Scholarship: $5,000 each
Eligibility: Any High School Senior who is a member of the Amateur Trapshooting Association.
Requirements:
- Scholastic
- Complete Scholarship Personal Data Application (click link for application)
- Write a short essay, 100 words or less, of need
- Attach a letter of recommendation from one of the following:
- Certified Instructor
- ATA Delegate
- Guidance Counselor
- Trapshooting:
- List years shot, major wins, records, etc.
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION: July 1st, 2012
(If supporting documents are not available by the application due date, those documents should be sent as soon as available)
